There probably aren't any rows yet in whatever table that is. That is why it is safe to set it to the first row after the append. Normally it goes like this:

tbl.appendRow();

tbl.setRow(tbl.getNumRows()-1);

You could change it if desired, but my guess is that there will only be the one row in the table in whatever routine is running there during the edit.

Hi Reza.

During the import of the certificate in BI, please specify client number to 100 in ACL. If you still face the problem, you should delete the ticket of the portal and generate the new one with CN name as different.

For example: CN-<Hostname_port>

Then export the certificate and import it to ABAP again.Here the SID should be the SID of your Portal,, which is same as your ABAP in your case and client as 100. Also run Tcode SS02 after the import and check everything is green there.

Then check that your SSO is working fine or not by Login into portal->system administration->Support->SAP application->Transaction->select the system alias and give any Tcode,, select GUI for windows, press enter.

If SSO is fine it should login you into the backend and display the Tcode you specified.

If your SSO is not fine it will display you the reason there.

I did the uninstallation process this morning, and try to reinstall it again, I made it up to this time until I encountered this SAP Instance problem indicated below:

An error occurred while processing option SAP NetWeaver 7.0 including Enhancement Package 2 > SAP Application Server ABAP > MaxDB > Central System > Central System( Last error reported by the step :ABAP processes of instance NSP/DVEBMGS00 [ABAP: UNKNOWN] did not start after 10:00 minutes. Giving up.). You can now:

Choose Retry to repeat the current step.
Choose Log Files to get more information about the error.
Stop the option and continue with it later.

Log files are written to C:\Program Files/sapinst_instdir/NW702/AS-ABAP/ADA/CENTRAL/.

Can you please help me for the last time?please. In order to finish this off?

My question is specific to a system failover which is not replication with memory preload, where you require cluster software to do the failover. My question is in case of a automatic failover configuration using a standby node . For example gpfs / hana automatic failover option, where standby note starts hana, and loads last savepoint , applies logs and then start lazy loading.

When you created your Custom WT, did you generate a Transport?

If not, you probably only did the test (the default setting), but if so, you should be able to see the tables that were impacted when looking at the objects in your transport. (Note that a transport may not be generated in a Sandbox environment).

Actually, when doing the WT Copy Test, you should be able to see the tables that will be impacted when doing it "LIVE", such as in the following screen capture

Note that this was a "Test run" but the message for the entry in table T512 still says "Entry was made". Do the Test Copy again, and compare the result with the objects included in your transport.

Can't you create/get a test transport ?? It is not required to release the transport to set release status of a business object.

I think I can add variables in the SO10 text then replace the variables as described here:How to replace a variable in SO10.

But then there is another requirement to have a different footer on the introductory text depending on the company code from which the document is created for. I plan to store the footer texts in SO10 standard texts as well. Would it be possible to append this to the first text to complete the introductory text that is required?

When a user validates payroll for a given Payroll Accounting Area, no changes are permitted to Master Data, so no Absences can be added when payroll is validated (locked).

When using CATS to enter time, Attendances and Absences can be entered when payroll is validated but the entries are not taken into account unless payroll is put into "Correction" mode and program RCATSTAL is executed to transfer these entries from CATS to IT2001 and IT2002.

I've never worked with ESS, but you should look if there is a similar process. If so, the program the Manager uses could generate data in a Batch Input File and the Payroll Supervisor could then execute (through sm35) when Payroll is put into "Correction".
