Hi

 

I'm having an issue with our Perl scripts that use the DBtech:DBM module on our Windows 2012 SAP servers.

 

The error I'm getting is:

 

  DB<2> r

scalar context return from DBM::new: void context return from DBM::DESTROY

07/10/2014 10:46:51, ERROR, DATABASE ERROR: db_connect:  Error when connecting to the database GWD:Can't locate object method "FIRSTKEY" via package "DBM" at C:/Perl/lib/dumpvar.pl line 205

 

The MaxDB database is 7.9 but we have 7.9 running on Windows 2008 R2 and the Perl scripts are working.

 

Does anyone have any information about what is happening with this Perl Interface and whether it will be updated for Windows 2012.  I'm assuming it is Windows 2012 issue but if you have got a work around or Perl version that you use that works I would be grateful to hear from you.

Hi...

 

set the default value using the Exit or BADI ask u r ABAPer in this regard

 

1, Create a vendor in your Account group as the reference vendor account

2, By t-code:XK01, create new vendor with reference vendor of step 1,

 

or

 

Transaction code for creating Transaction variants is 'SHD0' go to this Transaction and give your Transaction code in initial screen and press create button it will take you into Vendor master transaction. just give the Standard variant and description and save it.

 

you will get exactly what you want.

Hi Experts,

 

I'm trying to do a configuration when the agent selects the profile, all calls entering to the queue must be directed to an internal extension.

 

But this configuration is not working as should be, and even with the selected profile the call rings at the agent CDT!

 

I'm missing some configuration or what can it be?

I never come across this issue.

 

These are part of troubleshooting steps. I will try to troubleshoot all the steps related to my issue, rule out the options which does not apply to us.

 

If you are in crunch of time to resolve your issue, i would recommend to open a incident with SAP support.

Thanks. Do we need to pass any arguments to udf ? I need this parent message id value in one of the target filed. getting mapping exception. cannot create target I didnot pass any arguments to udf

Hi Robin

 

I changed the OKTZ where in i took a cost element from a range. In effect, I broke the range in order to save creation of new cost elements. Subsequent calculations did not register the changes to the split. I restored the previous settings and created new cost elements to resolve error. Lucky this time.

Hi Dolly,

 

1) I understand that DSO3 do not have process key as a key field. But the data will not get added as 100 + 150 = 250 , instead it will be 100+50 = 150. The reason being in the change log it will have only 100 +150 = 50. So only 50 will move from DSO2 to DSO3. ( I have run the cycle in my system).

 

2)  I have shown how the effect will be when the records flow in each of the DSO. ( In DSO3 there is a correction to be made).

 

3) You need to have summation otherwise when GR data comes in PO value will be 0 and therefore your PO value will be overwritten as 0

 

Please try out and let me know

Hi Koushik,

 

to clarify:

as infotype 0024 is for qualifications, not trainings I assume you are not using infotype 0024, but integration with Personnel Planning and Development is active and you use the screen called via dummy infotype number 0024 as a short cut to view profiles.

 

It is not clear what you are referring to with planned trainings. Is this part of a development plan? Or actual bookings on actual trainings?

 

In any case: none of those will magically change status, unless you run some program based on the right config or change it manually. Where should that change come from?

 

I think, if there's really an issue, it would be best if you get a colleague who knows a bit about HR data and ideally about your bespoke configuration context and if he/she doesn't know the answer, you can sharpen this question much better, so the community can actually give you a relevant answer. I'm afraid this is far too vague to give a meaningful answer - it will all be speculation.

We are having the same issue with Ipad. We cannot scroll down even with a responsive layout

 

However I have noticed that the scrollbar appears on the desktop browser but not on Ipad. I assume the scrollbars are coming from the design studio application and not the browser.

Hi Krishna,

 

well, that solution woudl require exact definition of when this message should come up and then straight rule config, which anybody with basic rule config knowledge will be able to do for you. So, just ask ypour time management consultant.

 

However, I would encourage you to explore a cleaner solution:

why don't you use Core Working Time in your daily work schedules. if you set that up to cover, say, 6 or 7 of teh 8 hours day, then you'd get a message from SAP standard, if the employee is away furing some of teh core time.

Hello All,

There is a requirement from the Users that in Planning book, can we differentiate "Current Month" column with different color? Can this be done dynamically by macro so whenever month changes, current month's color also changes ?

Dear SD Expert,

 

          I have a requirement to change the delivery priority (VBAP-LPRIO) based on customer group 3 (VBAK-KVGR3) in header. I am using user exit MV45AFZZ , subroutine USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE, but it did not change after I click on save button.

 

          Do anyone have the similar requirement, kindly share your opinion or work around solution. Appreciate it.

Dear my friends,

I have a problem  about STO business ,in sand system ，the STO   order is a PO  ，and the salse condition type PB00 &PBXX could reach from PO ,

the copycontrol from delivery to billing  use condition source as 'A'  (from po)  ,this is no problem.

 

but now ,we use STO  order is not a PO, it's a LP (purchase schedule agreement) ,the salse condition type PB00&PBXX can't copy from LP, is there any way to deal with this problem?

Hi

 

I will ask for the code, I have not  tried using OpenSSL after base64 encoding it is supposed to be 172 characters because the key length is 1024 bits, however using  SSF_KRN_SIGN i am  getting a signature of 360 bytes when i test using program SSF01 . On the other hand if i use  SSFW_KRN_SIGN  the sinature always is 172 characters after base64 encoding but then the bank says the signature is wrong so i think its possibly that SSFW_KRN_SIGN uses format PKCS#1-V1.5 and the bank had specified that we use PKCS7.

Since I am new to SAPUI5, I have been going through some of the blogs, tuitorials, etc. This topic "Resource handling and localisation" is something which I want to have a Hands on experience.
