The only feasible option I can see is implementing a custom module adapter in a receiver HTTP adapter (or SOAP without envelope).
There is no need to use an adapter module for this. Just build the HTTP body via Java mapping and that's it. The XML that you will be sending is not valid though, so you won't be able to display it in sxi_monitor or in a browser. If you still want it to be well-formed, you can use a CDATA approach:

That is already in place but during outage if a customer calls then business want the call center team to give them a proper reply.
The support team will need access CRM and ECC in backend to do that.
During maintenance period the call center team will not create or save any record. ONlY display function is needed.
Why SAP systems are required as we have customer with all the details like last bill record and various info that will come from SAP to call center team.

Did not get exact root cause for this issue.
Raised a Oss note for this.
Even SAP team did not get the exact root cause on this suggested the same thing as mentioned in the above note , workaround was just to reprocess the queue and the data is updated correctly.
