Hi Masa,
Now are using client 001 only.
Let me explain you overall scenario.
1.Earlier we used ECC6.0 ehp 5 as backed, all fiori apps were worked fine. ECC sid was ECC1".Client used was 100.
2. we upgraded ECC! system to ehp 7 by system copy of another system (ECC2) which is ehp7.
So now we are currently on ECC6.0 ehp7. SID is same as 'ECC1'.
Client used is 001.
3.Created RFC destination & system alias for 001 client.(central hub scenario)
Now for every application it is showing error as 'unable to load metadata' if we tried to activate service again by deleting old service.
And if we use earlier activated service and by changing system alias, it showing 'Model XYZ--- contains problem,contact administrator'.

- The connection part works perfectly in all the exercises I've done in TB1300
- The 2nd part of my code, I just copied from SAP SDK documentation, and simply removed the long remarks.

Hi Rajesh,
B1 SDK will not give you a direct connection to the underlying database, meaning that, if you want to use ADO.NET or so, you will need to keep somewhere, in whatever form, the credentials to connect.
Using Recordset objects are much faster than what it was in previous versions... And with the "correct" architecture, you can at the full speed of the RDBMS without the constraints of B1.

I wonder if it's possible at all. I guess the most common approach is to use Formatted Search instead of built-in functionality.
Also if you have a chance to choose the B1's version maybe you should consider SAP B1 for HANA and take advantage of built-in Enterprise Search.

There is no "trial" version of the SDK. If you mean that you have the trial version of Crystal 2013, it does not come with the updated SDK. Instead, you need to download and run the "Install Executable" for Crystal for VS SP12 from here: http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-7824. This will integrate the new SDK into Visual Studio. The other downloads on that page are for the various types of runtime installs that are available.
After you have this integrated into VS, you'll need to change ALL of the CrystalDecisions references in your project to the version 13 references. You may also need to uninstall the old Crystal SDK in order to get it to work correctly.
