There is an option Automatic synchronize in external help desk .When creating an external service desk entry we can tick the radio button keep in sync
Has anyone used this option ,how does it work .Is there any time setting which need to be set so that solman send the data to external helpdesk there by transferrign to SNOW
Also how does it identify the updated fields or incidents and transfer those alone

I want to define a delivery time window in SAP APO for which you penalize any delivery earlier than 24:00 hours by penalty costs and which does not allow any delivery beyond 80:00 hours.
I know that delayed delivery upto 80 hrs is a soft and hard constraint...but what about earlier than 24 hrs ?
I want to define it in change delivery/pickup windows under TP/VS model building...can someone help me to fill this up.

If so, Within the tool, you can go to File < Samples to get the list.
They are physically located here:

1.have you create the universe or BICS connection?
2.have the check at the BEx query level allow the external acces to this query?
if you select the below option we are able to see the query and data.

PS: The way you're writing this procedure, the inputs and outputs are setup on the right side of your screen in the two panes. You don't declare them by typing them in this manner. This way still works using the panes although I was told not to use it like I said but you can still experiment with it. The new way using procedure editor you will be able to type those IN and OUT declarations like you are attempting to do.

I configured NWBC in a ERP system, but I've been trying to use it with NWBC 4 desktop version and several problems have been presented.
I need configure selecting "Use SAP Menu Instead of User Menu" because my client wants their user loads this menu for the manual users they did for them.
It is the message it shows me sometime:
It's in spanish this time, but it says that it's trying to get valid information from the ABAP system, and it could take some minutes to get it. That is trying to get a valid navigation tree, and the nodes of the tree have been inactive in the index page.
Reading this note, I think is about the quantity of nodes this option has (Using menu sap instead user menu). But there is no any option that allow it load the menu faster? Why does it sometimes happend and sometimes doesn't?
Other problem is by clicking in a new tab in Work Centers->Logistics (For example)
After click it stay in blank like the next image:
And if I try to acces to an any sub-nodes of this like Sales and Distribution (for example), happens the following (the same):
It loads after some minutes, but it's not good for the users experience. What can I do? I did this, but it doesn't help me.
The last problem presented trying to do it the same showed before, but it shows me a error message when I try to access like the following image shows.
And it never load.
I'm using NWBC PL16 (Desktop version). The patch of NWBC in the backend is 42.

Unfortunately, I was not able to resolve the issue. The 2 jobs are still aborted.

the sap_1981315_fix_dependencies.sh only eliminates emtpy lines in the saved_configuration.cfg and does not change the schema. Even with the manually changed schema name in the saved_configuration.cfg I get the same error.

Thanks for your response, finally we got a solution for this error is due to user parameter settings under T-Code SU3, " GLDGRP_FLEX " which is related to new GL concept, here the user had this parameter as non leading ledgers FY variant was different with leading ledger FY varient.
I asked client to delete that and upload a file and problem solved.

Hi Experts,
I have a smartform form with original language of the form in German so i maintained the form in it's original language and commented out some text in a text element.
When i test the form in german language the commented code doesnt prints which is correct.
When i test the form in english language the commented code prints.
So i went to the global defination and translated the form to English language also and it doesnt work.
The problem here is because of the language but i dont know how to resolve it.
Any inputs experts.
