Would it makes thing easier when I have a fixed schedule of export and e-mail a crystal report as PDF every hour? Here the same conditions should apply. Only export as PDF and send out the mail if the result of a query (source of Crystal Report) is different than one hour ago.

The "Add" will always open up a search option for either a "system" or a "role". It will not add a blank row at the bottom as this is how the request form is designed to work.

you can use substr function which is oracle in build function
syntax for same is :
first get the length of order no by
len = length(order no)
now,
actual_order_No =substr(order number;3,length)
Now you can join actual_order_no from oracle and order number from cube.

You can add a check function module on the event linkage in SWE2, in it check that the is no active workflow for the specific object, and if there is, raise an exception and the workflow process will not start again.
you can use the sap_wapi_workitems_to_object function module to check the relevant workflow.

Sick_Casual leave prorated in PRD , correct in QAS
Dear friends,
I 've an issue in PT_QTA00 in PRD. In development /QAS it's generating 12 days but in PRD it's 9.5 days for all employees. Leave cycle is April-March.
Checked V_T559L and all related tables . Not able to trace out where PRD differs from QAS. Calendar year is maintained both in QAS/PRD.

Webi Report not able to view/modify after upgrading to 4.1 SP5
Hi,
We were on 4.0 SP5 and today we upgraded to 4.1 SP5, after the upgrade we are not able to open any of the report in the BI Launch Pad. We are able to view the report in the CMC, but not in Launch pad. Need your insights.
Things which i tried after research.
- Tried to redeploy using wdeploy.
- Tried restoring the Files Store backup taken before the upgrade.
- Replaced the warfiles from the working environment.
None of the above helped. Please let me know where possibly i could be going wrong.

While it may certainly be possible to change the font colour of an individual row in the crosstab via CSS, the issue is that in order to be able to do so, you need to identify the row index of the selected row. The getSelectedMember() method of the crosstab returns the dimension member of the row that has been selected but not the index. I don't think there's a straightforward way of determining the row index from a selected member either.
Perhaps if you could provide some more information about the business purpose of highlighting multiple selected rows with a different font colour and the subsequent actions that need to be taken based on these, we could then propose other solutions.

Have you done the code list mapping for Document Types yet ? Maintain the document type in Opportunity as ZOPT(let's say) and then map COPT against ZOPT in code list mapping.

BO 4.1 Saving Universe context in Webi
We have migrated reports and universes from xi2 to 4. The universes have not been converted. When we make a change to a report, the saved context is lost. How do we save the preferred context without having to run the report manually to completion? In xi2, we could run the report, select the context and then cancel the run. These are long running reports.
We are running Version 4.1 Support Pack 5 Patch 2.

Do you know that you can link fuel consumption with measurement readings as part of standard Fleet Solution?

But what I understand is, the "measurement reading" is not necessarily a consumable. This might be say the number of trips, operating hours of an equipment etc.
In that case, what I suggest is, you can use a user exit IMRC0001 to trigger any event/follow on actions.

Please provide more information on the 3 pages. Do they all contain the Header and Employee Information, or does one page contain the Header, the second page the Employee Information and the third page the Remuneration Details?
Could you post a screen capture of the options used on the selection screen to the program?
