Looking at the test result from sm59 it seems you don't have the artifact configured on HCI for the object for which you are trying to connectivity test. If so configure the HCI artifact and then test, it should come as 500 once everything looks good.
Else if it is already configured, you will have to check the URL Path configured in RFC.

Most of the backend systems connected are too 700 systems and below that.And we are using the gateway front end system to connect to multiple backends that runs different NW Versions.
Our requirements is to connect with Data coming from Lotus notes and NW Gateway.So i hope that with your valuable inputs i should go with Option 2.

Extended notifications for Workflow is a very good point, but I've decided to fix it in more traditional way.
So I added a background step "Get recipients" just before "Send message". So I pull there agents from the incompleted Main item using FMs:
Then save these agents in the common Workflow container and the use them in "Send message".

In that case you need to have some custom logic to get batch number for material may be some Z table will have material and batch number defined update that in order by extracting batch number by using some functional module like VB_BATCH_GET
In that case BADI WORKORDER_UPDATE would be helpful with some custom logic change batch value in Before_Update Method..

In messages that are in "To be Delivered" status, try to find out the EOIO queue name. Then use the EOIO queue name to filter for error messages residing in the queue.
In case if there are any error messages, clear those messages based on the sequence.

we have some troubles with migrated flavors in Personas 3.0.
If we are selecting the flavor from the flavor menu, the loading cycle is running endless. The javascript console in Chrome browser shows a red error message:

The migration worked some month before without any problems.

Depend on ZTABLES structures you need to create decide to create a cube or dso in BW server.
Plan the multiple tables in single generic data source if possible(It is depends on fields in table).
but in this case simply create DSO's in BW because of generic data source and maintenance is very easy.
I think you know the general procedure for creating generic data source and modeling in BW. Still any issues let me know.

Abreviations:
WCA – Work Clearance Application.
The work clearance application represents the safety certificate in particular for lockout/tag out. It is used to control maintenance processing with lockout/tagout and groups together Operational WCDs. These are controlled and monitored by the work clearance application.
WCD – Work Clearance Document.
The work clearance document is the only WCM object, that has items as well as header data. As items you list all the technical objects that should be processed in conjunction with a lockout/tag out. The work clearance document can contain pieces of equipment, functional locations, technical objects, and comments.
You can do the following for each item:

this is a question of your system release. With the newer Netweaver / WebAS releases like 7.31 and 7.40 SAP provides a new functionality called security policies. Instead of having the password strength globally defined via system parameters security policies allow different settings for different groups of users.
If you are not yet on such a basis release but use a landscape with separated e-recruiting frontend and backend server you could have different settings for the password strength on both servers. As the external candidates are logging into the system through the frontend and are logged into the backend as trusted system they could have differend password settings than the other user groups (internal candidates, recruiters, etc.) logging directly into the backend server.

Transfer your item in repairing warehouse once use receive inventory from supplier transfer again in your main warehouse.
In inventory transfer you can keep your supplier information in BP field.
You can use inventory posting list for reporting.

Your requirement date is 23rd June, which is 11 days from now (including holidays). You don't have enough supplies so system should generate STR. Now you have maintained 15days PDT which means if I take a MRP run now it should generate supplies for 28th June (including holidays) and if you are excluding holidays (in calendar) than it would reach somewhere 3rd July. In this case I am assuming all low level materials are available and there is no delay. If you have less components it would further push out.
So when is the system proposing you the supply? I don't see that in above screen shot for this requirement. Also consider that you have demand before this requirement also.
Though you have supplies but with respect to forecast which system is already proposing as per PDT.

I also wanted to get Input about double shifts on the same day for Ramadan.
Most of the Ramadan shifts are 6 hrs shift, only few EE has 3 hrs shift in morning and 3 hrs in the evening. What is the best way to achieve this scenario? If they work more than 6 hrs than OT will be calculated. As of now OT rules are calculated based on their Planned working time.
How to manage this? Any impact on OT and Time eval. since client is live already.
Any guidance will be appreciated.
