Re: OINV query max(docdate)
There are a lot of invoices of the business partners. I just show the last invoice (based on Docdate) of one business partner. After that I will join this table with inv1 and plus the itemcode and so on..., but I have not the syntax to show one DocDate or DocNum.
The results should be a lot of rows and Docnum, but one docdate.

Running Totals
Hello,
I have a report with checking for a field to be equal to something and if true then add it to the running totals. So when I put in the this formula field in it comes up as false, and when creating a new formula field to print off the total here it shows me zero.
Here is my formula:
WhileprintingRecords;
Numbervar WelderTotal;
Numbervar PressTotal;
if left({VENCREW.WorkStationDesc},4) = "Weld" then
WelderTotal = WelderTotal +{VENCREW.Quantity}
Else if left({VENCREW.WorkStationDesc},4) = "Pres" then
PressTotal = PressTotal + {VENCREW.Quantity};
On the other one to print off my total:
Whileprintingrecords;
Numbervar PressTotal;
PressTotal;
Is there something I missing here?

Doing some random testing and since the current iteration of https://people.sap.com doesn't have a user search functionality, I got creative with the URL and simply typed the path to what I presumed was the proper URL

How to pass dashboard data to BIWS (throgu prompts)to inplement MATCHES PATTERN(like) functionality
dashboard data is coming from Webi report using BIWS.
here 2 tables are used 1. ENTITY(entity_name,viewname,entity_note,entity_def),, 2. ATTRIBUTE(Attr_enti_name,Attr_name,Attr_def,Attr_note,datatype,PKey)
in part1
1.search string is entered from dashboard in part1
2.based on input from part1, table names will be listed in part2
3. when we select a table in part2, part3 data is populated.
here,
part2 tables names(from entity table) are need to be selected based on follwing Conditions(SQL)
entity_name like '%inputstring%'
entity_note like '%inputstring%'
entity_def like '%inputstring%'
Attr_name like '%inputstring%'
Attr_def like '%inputstring%'
Attr_note like '%inputstring%'
Here as the webi report data is scheduled one, which is used by biws for dashboard, this 'like' functionality is not working when binding above prompts(used in webi report query) to input string from dashboard.
So how can i get this like functinality to work here

BP Idoc always tries to Create BP, even for Update scenarios.
Hi Experts,
We are implementing MDG-C and currently facing a issue because of which Idocs are failing in target ECC system.
On a Customer creation in MDG we replicate BP Idoc to target the ECC using BUPA_INBOUND_MAIN_SAVE_M09 .
Everything works well in case of Create scenario Object_Task is "C"
However, in case of update/block/delete scenarios the Idocs have same "C" value in Object_Task and this is causing BP Idoc to fail in the target ECC system as it tries to create BP which are already present.

Question - How can I ensure that in Update scenario BUPA_INBOUND_MAIN_SAVE_M09 has Object_Task as "U" and in create scenario it has "C"?

reporting from Non leading ledger
Hello All,
We are trying to get reporting for country specific statutory requirements . We have a non leading ledger configured for this purpose .
The transactions which are common to both leading and non leading ledger are posted to the operational chart of accounts .
Postings which are required for only non leading ledger are posted to separate group of accounts in same chart of accounts .
Now the problem here is when ever I am trying to run any report for GL Balances in non leading ledger, I have main balance in one account and
adjustments in another account which is obvious. However business needs all the main balances and the statutory adjustments to be shown under
single account for country specific statutory requirements out of non leading ledger. How we can achieve this ?

Please can you explain your business process in a bit more details, so that we can suggest you better. Please confirm -
a) Do you have batch management active for your ROH materials? Normally to have recurring inspection work effectively, batch management is a necessary setup (though not mandatory).
b) Presently do you already use inspection type 09? What is the Setup for Shelf-Life management active in your material master? Please share the screenshot.
c) What do you mean by 'Partial Stock' here? For example, your ROH material has some total stock of 100 Kg which is about to expire after 30 days. Now after 12 days form now (means 18 days still left for the entire batch to expire) when the QA07 batch job is running, then how must stock should be posted to Quality Inspection by inspection lot 09?
d) Have you tries using - QA07 => Additional Goods Movement at the time of recurring inspection => Initial run in days = 18? Please check this and confirm.

Re: RESTful Raylight Error Incorrect session
Hi Dan,
I do not logoff the session from sessionMgr until I finish processing the document in RESTful. I am not sure why calling biprws/logon/token using the createLogonToken(), returns a logonToken and not able to use it to refresh the document.
By the way, this issue is intermittent. This happens on the first few documents but sub sequence documents work fine. I always use quotes around the logonToken in the header.
