I have registered for a 30 days free trail on sap hana data base and trying to connect it with Hana studio .I am getting an error message as " Authorization error - failed to connect "

I have recheck the user id and password and it is correct .Please help !!!!

This problem is to be solved according to sap note 11842 - Screen for internal area is too large , there are two possibilities : either the batch input data is incorrect (too many data in one screen because of program's bug), or parameter bdc_job_size is too small (increase it and restart the server(s) to take it into account). So, please first make sure you did it as explained in the SAP note, then contact SAP support to get some help.

That said, I'm surprised that you didn't tell us what you exactly did to solve before asking the question in the forum, that would save us time and energy to answer you.

You can create variable called fileName under Header node like below and set the file name using dynamic configuration UDF.

These indirect cost concepts (taxes, equipment rental, insurance, etc.) are registered in secundary cost element after Assessment.

1. Do "Cost center splitting structure" works with Secondary cost element?

2. Could I view all cost components in report MLCCSPD?

3. Standar Cost Estimation (CK11N) works with "Cost center splitting structure" too ?

4. Could you send me more information or configuration tutorial about "Cost center splitting structure" ?

Thanks Federico for screenshot. i moved code to Module1 and now getting below error. any further ideas? I made sure that macro settings are set to "enable all macros" and "trust VB project is selected" in excel settings. Same behaviour in Excel 2010 and 2013.

You are using store procedure, so it is better to put all your logic to SP, not directly add any table in CR.

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to configure SLD and i have few doubts. Its a pure java stack and i have done all the post installation steps ( define object server, CIM import,.....etc).

1. Do i need to run the SLD configuartion in NWA (NWA-->Configuration-->.scenarios--->configuration wizard-->Functional configuration unit-->SLD) even after doing the post installation steps.??

i tried running it but its taking very long time doing nothing with status as running. Does it take long time to complete?

2. When i try to create destinations and click on create button i just get a processing icon revolving but never let me choose the options. The same happens when i try to add a technical system. (See the attachments)

Is there any other configuration that i missed out? or is it something else.

I spent lot many hours on this with no fix. I really appreciate if anyone has a solution for my issue.

Does this person appear in the Sales Employees / Buyers setup window?

Administration > Setup > General > Sales Employees/Buyers

If Yes, then check that this employee does not have a checkmark in the Checkbox marking the employee as ACTIVE.

After more testing, it seems to be related to the CSS class i was using for the text component. It seems more related to which font-family i am using.

Verdana does not work it seems
