Hi,
Without increasing decimal place under General settings, not possible to get four decimal places. If you run above query, the system will throw an arrow message that,
1). [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Arithmetic overflow error converting int to data type numeric. 'User-Defined Values' (CSHS)
To over come above error, please refer link:
Runtime Error: Arithmetic overflow error converting expression to data type int.

I have checked the user on tcode sldapicust
The user is a system user and when checked via SU01, the sldapiuser is locked due to too many incorrect attempts ( Password logon not possible (too many incorrect attempts).
I guess this is the reason why im getting the error in SLD.
Now I have unlocked it and it is now successfully connected to our SLD.

Thank you all for replies, as pointed out here, I was of the opinion that we can export the data from table TVBUR in spreadsheet and and put a rule in the sheet with the original data. this way we shall come to know which entry is missing.
I was wondering if there is any tool in SAP by which we can easily find out without having to export or usage of spreadsheet.

Hi Sundarlingam,
The first screen which i have shown in the previous message is after entering the Transaction code and transaction variant in SHD0 transaction you will be clicking on the create button and after that you will be able to see PA61 blank screen and do enter the Personnel no, Infotype and click on overview icon then follow the steps as i have told in previous thread.
Hope this solves the issue.

Learning a module take time...years!
Sitting down and reading a book is not the way to learn SAP.
For SAP SD, one has to take a functionality or a process and learn and practice that specific part. In time move on to another functionality / process.
In my opinion and experience, when one works on a process / functionality, supplement the work with repeated reading of the theory (from what ever reliable source).

Please check "TB Profile ID (future)" in the Data view tab for Planning Book Design( /n/SAPAPO/SDP8B - Define Planning Book ).
Check the definition of Time bucket ( /n/SAPAPO/TR30 ) and periodicities defined.

PO not replicated
Hi,
I executed th FM 'BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC' to replicate the PO in ECC but it failed.
In web, i have the following errors:
PO 8000574343: Purchase order item 00001 still contains faulty ac count assignments
PO 8000574343: No instance of object type PurchaseOrder has been created. External reference:
PO 8000574343: No postings can be made to profit center 1767 in c ompany code ME02
Purchase order 8000574343: Purchasing across company codes is not allowed
Purchase order 8000574343: Transfer Failed; Resubmit
Can anyone help me.

'servername:6400 does not exist in the network'
Hi,
I logged into CMC with administrator account. Then opened promotion management --->
- Clicked on Manage Systems.
- Seleted ADD
- provided Host Name, CMS Port number, Display Name and Description of the System
But got the below error:
'servername:6400 does not exist in the network'
I checked notes 1661046 and 1897617 , but they are nt helping.
Could there be any other problem? pls. let me know Just to mention, this issue is occuring afte we move system to diff. machine.

From the details of the issue pasted above -
LOG BY0=> ORA-01033: ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress
looks like the DB is not okay when you are observing the above.
First check if the DB is open and running - select instance_name , status from v$instance;
Also check the alert log for any issues -
If it is OPEN , then check if listener is running and if it is listening to the service for your SID.
lsnrctl status
if both above are okay - then check R3trans -d . This needs to be working fine.
If yes , then ensure that all SAP Processes are clean and then do a fresh start of SAP . Run cleanipc before starting up SAP.
Also from your initial post - LOG GZZ=> 1 possible network problems detected
Please check if DNS hostnames are getting resolved fine at the OS level .. as sometimes the SAP connection to the DB fails due to network issues.
