How the document created is through Idoc or manually created by User.If it is Idoc then there must be system issue.If it is manually created two documents with different timings then check with user how he created the document ,So that you will get some clue.

1. I have created relational connection in IDT on SAP BW 7.0 using a single infocube.

while creating a data foundation layer on the created connection do i need to select

"Single source or multisource-enabled". please refer screenshot.

2. Can i also create OLAP connection on SAP BW 7.0 as a source.

There are scenarios where SAP BW is used as OLAP source & sometimes as relational source.

I am very much confused whether SAP BW is a OLAP source or relational source.

Please provide me a link which clearly explains which all sources can be considered as OLAP or relational.

Then, Instead of report_error_message( ) method, use report_attribute_error_message( ) which will not show duplicate messages.

The data is not always stored the same way as entered on the screen. It undergoes some conversions due to the conversion routines in the Domain level of the fields. ( Have a look at KUNRE ).

Use:
" conversion_exit_alpha_output " FM to convert the data from 00000012345 to 12345.

and " conversion_exit_alpha_input " FM for vice-versa.

I got it now.

So in create Purchase order, i need to provide the PRs to MM Guys who will convert it to PO and once they release the PO , The engineers will create SES, then execution of services by vendor , Approval of SES , Invoice verification.

Now what about the Work Orders created....will there be any issues if we do manually PO.

How you are loading the Data ( I mean dataflow ) ?? Secondly have to checked if there is any filters ??

Hi Ludek, I really appreciate your helpful descriptive answer.

What you didn't understand : When I ran 3 long running reports, the fourth quick report got rendered with no delay. So I continued increasing no. of long-running reports until I see the short report rendering gets delayed. I had to run 10 long running reports to get the short running report stuck. So, it looks like "Crystal Runtime can manage 10 CPLs at once" right?

By the way, I didn't see any statement relating to CPLs in the documents you've provided. Can you please let me have a location where CPL limitation is described?
