Hi Praveen,

 

I configured SWFVISU as below and released time for approval but don't see task in UWL inbox.

 

APPLICATION = HRMSS_A_CATS_APPROVAL

CONFIGURATION = HRMSS_AC_CATS_APPROVAL

DYNPARAM = WL_ID=${item.externalId}

NAMESPACE = SAP

SYSTEM_ALIAS = SAP_ECC_HumanResources

 

We have installed MSS Add-on 1.0, will it work without UWL configuration as per note 1600953 or did you configure UWL as well?

 

Before you close the thread mentioned that "you resolved by adding another parameter to the approval" - what is that, can you please provide details?

Hi,

 

I need to attach a document to an invoice.

 

using IAttachment2, i am able to move the files to the directory where all the attachments exists,but I don't see the attachments from the Invoice.

 

This is because, I don't see an attachmententry option for a document.

 

How can i make a relation between an invoice and attachments using a jco?

Hi , We want to add a new field to existing table from ECC  and populate historical data .

We have already extracted data from ECC to VBAK Table . We have to add a new field - Incoterms in HANA . This field exists in ECC .

 

Please guide.

Unlike Smartforms which mostly use "new barcode technology" (refer to note 1557674), most sapscript forms uses the barcode fonts (code39/code93), which the printer need to be able to recognize, you need to contact the printer manufacturer (or visti their website) to install the fonts on to your printer.

 

Like the note mentions you can try changing the device type for your new laserjet printer in SAP to SAPWIN and see if it works (Tcode STAD, contact your BASIS administrator).

 

Also make sure the printer name has been changed to new printer name in tcodes OMJ3/OMJ4/OMJR

Hi,

 

We are planning to use Lumira for Adhoc Reporting. We have enabled single sign on for HANA and Lumira if able to authenticate the users based on SSO. However when the user connect to the HANA server, hes able to see all the models though he has access to only one package under root directory. Is there a way we can display the models only from this package ?

Dear All.

 

I am trying of add the  Infotype 0022 in the Screen of Personal Profile and for this I used the following Blog:

 

 

Adding any Info Type IN ESS in EHP5/6 through WebDynpro Configuration

 

I can display the screen of overview of the Infotype 0022, however when I modify the register, the system generate a message of error.

Anyone know the cause?

I was able to get it work with one value but my requirement is not to show "*IDES*" as well as "*BPES*"

 

How to combine both of these.

Hi Experts,

We are using oracle 11G (11.2.0.3.0) on AIX

Listener log file ( log.xml) grows and after 10 MB it renames the file log_1.xml , log_2.xml ......so on, Finally the  directory gets full.

We have to delete the old files manually, brconnect cleanup job does not take care of listener logs cleanup

Our listener log location is /oracle/diag/tnslsnr/sapt1pdb/listener/alert/log.xml

Oracle DB Alert log location is /oracle/T1P/saptrace/diag/rdbms/t1p/T1P/alert/log.xml

How can we include listener log file  cleanup with brconnect ? is there any other automated way to clean purge old log files

 

Please help if any one has experties on this

the XML-interface (neither the MS-Project) does not support the preparing of Auditplans with subordinate audit plans or audits.

 

Below SAP note explains the use of the XML for question lists:

597982 - Audit management: Initial load, offline scenarios, interfaces.

It can be useful, when you work with XML.

It worked Perfect for the new balance field, thank you so much, Also the balance field should change

 

In the above result set the 3rd Week balance should be same as 2nd week new balance

 

In other words, 2nd Week Balance should be same as first week new balance as shown below

Hello,

 

RSWUWFML2 is obsolete, you should use Extended Notifications.

There could be many explanations for the delay:

- how often the batch job is run

- batch job settings

- mail job settings

- lotus inbox refresh rate

SM37 and SOST (as suggested by Karri) will probably reveal where the problem lies.

1- You can assign several purchasing organizations to one reference purchasing organization, but each individual purchasing organization should be assigned to just one reference purchasing organization.

 

2-  You can create a contract with referance purchasing organization which is used all of purchasing organization if enterprise structure configurations related with -->Assign purch. organization to reference purch. organization be completed.

 

3-You have to maintain vendor master data for related company code.

I have to create a report pulling cases worked based on shift. Input variable will be based on dates between, say for the month of March. I'm looking to base the query on completion date. Shifts are Mon 7pm - Fri 7am, Tue 7am - Fri 7pm, Fri 7pm - Mon 7am, and Sat 7am - Mon 7pm.

 

I'm new to Web Intelligence and I am having trouble figuring out how to add this. I already have the basic query pulling all the info, I just don't know how to have WI break this out for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you need more info I will be happy to provide.

Open up the FM in SE37 and chose the below menu path.

 

UTILITIES->MORE UTILITIES - > CREATE A WEB SERVICE - > FROM THE FUNCTION MODULE.

 

Once you are there, SAP will take you thru various steps thru which you can expose the FM as a web service to be consumed from web applications.

Thanks for the reminder, I've forgotten about that. Think I got so fixed on the relational universes because that's the only way you can get Lumira to connect to BW (for now). Now I feel silly . . .

 

Thanks for the note, I'm sure it's not BW, we've only got this issue on one of the BO servers, the rest are fine. The report runs fine, it's just the query filter LOV's not returning any values and the multiple attempts to create a report on the universe before the prompt appears.
