Here you need to check two points.

1. Check about authorization to run RSRCACHE or program RSR_CACHE_FULL_RESET.

2. The job created by(PVS) user id may not be valid. he will be resigned from the company. in that case also job will be canceled.

As my guess 2 point will be the reason to failure your job.

Your job canceling with in one second only. Mean user id issue.

if yes then you may need create a new job run your program or change the userid to ALEREMOTE or BWREMOTE.
