As per client requirement we have added manager ID(OMNGR_NA and OMNGR_NR) field to the header of IT0001. This field displays the current manager on real time basis based on chief and manager relations maintained in HRP1001.
But now we have a new scenario : In one of the countries there are shift employees and they have a new manager every day. Updating IT0001 everyday is not advisable and so in creating relationship A002,A012 every day not feasible. Could some one suggets a suitable solution for this. We want to display the employee's correct and current manager on real time basis .
