There is a standard service for Organizational chart available in WD java check the Iview -> Org chart (pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/every_user/com.sap.pct.erp.ess.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.ess.iviews/com.sap.pct.erp.ess.employee_search/com.sap.pct.erp.ess.orgchart) under the Employee search area.
But in this application HOD will be highlighted and shown in the first position and the other employees will be displayed under each organizational unit in reverse alphabetical order.
