Hi Ashok,
What you wrote implies that the messages are in JMS server and you are picking up the data available in the queues. And what you are asking is about picking up the files directly. So just as Muniyappan wrote you can pick up the files using a file adapter as well and if its a text file you can convert it into xml either using file content conversion or by using MessageTransformBean.
