Hi Experts,
There is an option Automatic synchronize in external help desk .When creating an external service desk entry we can tick the radio button keep in sync
Has anyone used this option ,how does it work .Is there any time setting which need to be set so that solman send the data to external helpdesk there by transferrign to SNOW
Also how does it identify the updated fields or incidents and transfer those alone
