As my guess your data source have some inconsistency.

Are you at dev system? if yes then reinstall your data source and replicate into bw side as BI 7.x version if your using bw 7.x version. activate data source and further steps.

Try to extract data at ecc side Tx -  RSA3 ,  0PLANT_ATTR and check it.

if it works fine then trigger info pack at bw side.

or

just try to extract data at ECC  dev RSA3, if its works fine then, retransport the data source to prod and replicate into bw side and activate by using program.. check further data flow also its active or not.
