Hi Cris,
As you sid new feild are added @ database table on which your datasource is present.
followthe following steps
1)Right click on your datasoucre replicate data
2)right ckick on datasource and change
3)Go to proposal tab - here you will find newly added fields
4)tick on required feilds the click on Feilds tab
5)it will ask for copy say yes
6)feilds assign your infoobjects then save and activate datasouce
7)change transformation..
