Re: Exit or badi for VF01

Hi,

 

Try these steps to find the BADI.

 

1. Go to the T-Code SE24 and enter CL_EXITHANDLER as object type.

 

2. In 'Display' mode, go to 'Methods' tab.

 

3. Double click the method 'Get Instance' to display it source code.

 

4. Set a breakpoint on 'CALL METHOD cl_exithandler => get_class_name_by_interface'.

 

5. Then run your transaction.

 

6. The screen will stop at this method.

 

7. Check the value of parameter 'EXIT_NAME'. It will show you the BADI for that transaction.

 

 

  • These are exits in VF01.

Hi,

 

1.BOE X1 3.1 w/ SP6 is fully sipported in windows 2008 RC2 64bit ,but not supported on windows 2012.

 

2. just for your information" All your DB and ODBC connections and software must be 32 bit"

Hi Greg

 

No error message except "Server failed to start.". Nothing in log file(s) either. Fairly frustrating.

 

I thought perhaps there is a hanging process, but could not find one...

Work status does not change in the consolidation monitor

Hi Experts,

 

We are working on BPC 10.1 NW, I am trying to change the work status in the consolidation monitor.

 

Three issues I am encountering are:

 

1. Work status when applied at entity level in the consolidation monitor, the pop says the work status is applied, but the status in the monitor does not change, while if I do the same from excel addin it applies the status changes in the consolidation monitor.

 

2. When I keep the cursor on the group  in the consolidation monitor and try to execute, the same does not work.

 

3. When the work status is applied in the excel add  by selecting the entity hierach, the status for all the entities changes to in consolidation monitor, but the groups still have no changes in the status.

HCP Metrics keeps on flickering from ok status to Critical

I am able to connect to HCP from Hana studio after removing the system from Hana studio and configuring again. But couldn't load the contents and in order to raise Incident report, I need to be S-user.

System is not generating any memory dump but sometimes accessing the system is taking very long time.

Hi,

 

I am using IS-retail and the issue is I am getting duplicate inspection lot for the same artile; one from QI07 (source inspection) & another while receiving GR.

 

I have maintained 0130 Ins.type in QA08 & QI01. I have also maintained 'Source insp.-no GR' in QI01.

While I run QI07 an insp.lot is created for purchase order & while creating Good receipt against the same purchase order another lot is created.

 

I want the system to create an insp.lot on QI07 only. i.e. not while posting GR.

Hi,

The Requirement was :

Adjusting existing purchase order with creating new service line to it.

 

The Issue got Resolved but instead of creating Service line got solution of creating one more PO line item with service line ..

Tried everything for creating service line with GL Account and Cost Center but GL Accounts and Cost Center is missing in created line (As in My Original Question )..

HCO_HBA_R_SB_CORE Installation Error

Hi All,

 

Our system is running on S/4 HANA on premises 1503 and with HANA SPS10.

I tried to install HCO HBA R SB CORE but it seems it shows an error, as such:

Process INSTALL_SOFTWARECOMPONENTS_2015-11-03T03:35:02.0860000Z failed.

 

so, in the end I put install -o USE_ALWAYS_COMMIT_ACTIVATION and it did install but now it does not work well since I can't loan the KPI tiles (shown "cannot load tile") I've assigned the required privilege for both front and back end and in HANA.

 

I tried to reinstall back the HCO HBA R SB CORE but it says the package already exist, so should I delete the DU and re-install back but I'll have the same issue again as above?

 

btw is it save to delete the DU from /sap/hana/xs/lm and re-install back?

 

any intake on how to fix this?

Checking these numbers in two places:

  1. PlanViz-->Overview-->Time:Compilation
  2. PlanViz-->Statement Statistics-->Total Compile Time (ms)

 

We are revision 96

 

We call these procedures via JDBC with CALL Proc(Params)

 

Our base tables for most calls sourced via SLT

 

My newbie thinking was after the first compile of a procedure into the environment, the first call from a client would persist all the statements of the proc. into a procedure cache.  This would cause a long compile time and first run.  All subsequent client calls to the same proc. with the same input types etc. would not need to recompile all the statements but fetch the precompile statements from the cache and execute.

Adding css class to a button inside a table

Hi Experts,

 

I have a table in which one column is for quantity left. My requirement is in that column i need to show a small square with different borders like red for less than 500, green for more than 2000,etc.

For the square I thought of making a button of 16pxX16px but adding the margin based on data is the issue.

 

Please help me out with your suggestions over this.

I'm sorry if my question was understood wrongly.

 

when I change my date in the main page, I want to refresh both the panels in my page with the changed date selection . This is my objective .

 

I am passing the changed date from the main page to panel1 and panel2 pages via their respective JSON model config page (datechange - variable) . From the main page controller I

call

oConfig.setProperty("panel1_config_page with the changed date) --> Panel 1 JSON model file

oConfig.setProperty("panel2_config_page with the changed date) --> Panel 2 JSON Model file

 

Next

I want to refresh both Panel 1 and Panel 2 page so that it reads the JSON model file again  and re initialise the content with the changed date from the Main page

 

So on the main page handlechangedate : function ()  {

 

im calling

 

sap.ui.controller("namespace of panel1"). panel1. initMethod () .

 

this will re initialise the panel 1 page with the date passed

 

sap.ui.controller("namespace of panel2").panel2.initMethod()

this will re initialise the panel2 page with the date passed.

 

 

Now my problem is inside the

 

panel1.initMethod() {

 

I have a reference of panel 1 view page as

 

this.getView.setBusy  -- This should refer to Panel 1 view page, but  since the method is fired from Main page controller , the reference to the panel1 view page is lost .

 

I want to know , in this instance , how do I refer to panel1 view page .

 

I have other logic referencing the panel1 view page which is also throwing errors.

 

 

so I need to know , when the child controller method (panel 1 controller ) is called from parent controller (main controller) , inside the child controller method , how to I refer its own view --> panel1 view.

Hi Potgieter,

 

It seems like you have set that 'Project' field must be filled but you didn't fill that field on your DTW template. Have you check 'Project' field on your template?
