No Database when logon with Windows Account
Hi All,
I have just upgraded a system from 8.82 PL06 to V9 PL08. The upgrade went fine without any issues. SLD is configured and all the databases are visible.
However, when you start B1 on the login screen the 'Logon with Windows Account' is inactive. If SLD is disabled the databases appear.
Any idea as to why this option is inactive?
Regards
Earl
Re: SAP Screen Personas error
which Configuration Guide are you referring to? The one I can download doesn't have a section 3.
Re: How to find AND of roles in AGR_USERS

Re: how to sepearte five or more table joins into different select statement to retrieve same data.
Re: How to customise a standard SAP reports and rename to something like za_report.
Hi Tom,
here i am giving you a sample screenshot, through which you can see, how a standard report
has been modified, and assigned a zreport.
Here is a standard report
Now this report has been copied, to copy this report just select all and copy
Go to SE38 and, make a zreport, and give all necessary inputs for this zreport
when you are in editor, just paste all the data here.
In this way you can make a zreport from a standard report.
If you wants to add some more functionality in it, you can do as below.
Just put your all functionality before
CONSTANTS gc_cpapp TYPE recpcpapp VALUE 'A520'.
INCLUDE ifrecpsf_ca_global.
INCLUDE ifrecpsf_ca_selscr_nonldb.
INCLUDE ifrecpsf_cn_subscr_spec_a520.
INCLUDE ifrecpsf_ca_subscr.
INCLUDE ifrecpsf_cn_selobj_a520.
INCLUDE ifrecpsf_ca_events.
INCLUDE ifrecpsf_ca_forms.
As shown in the screenshot here
In this way , you can create a custom zreport from any standard report
Re: Assets Balance in assets Register is not getting properly posted.
i have mailed you kindly reply as soon as possible
Re: query
If you want the material in stock, then you have to hit in FI posting.
Without FI posting, you can't upload the stock into SAP.
I have a option for you.
Please create the material with Price 0.01. (If already created, then note the current price and change the price to 0.01 from MR21)
Then do the movement type 501 or 561 for initial stock or you can use Physical inventory for material.
When you post the movement or PI , then the account entry will be very small amount.
Then check you stock, If its okay, the change the price for the material (as it was, which you have noted)
Suppose you have a material Z with price 50.00 and have stock 0.00.
Change the price from MR21 as 0.01.
Then post the PI or 501 or 561 movement type for 1000 qty.
Then your account entry will be (1000X0.01) = 10.00...
I hope this is very small amount for your organization.
Then again change the price from 0.01 to 50.00.
Then you can carry on for other movement for material with price 50.00.
In my organization, I have done that around 100 times or may be more.
Re: how to sepearte five or more table joins into different select statement to retrieve same data.
Kiran very nice:)
Re: Auto valuation for smaller scope
Hi Nitin,
Thanks for ur response.
Please check the following condition with MIC set in smaller scope.
1. During result recording enter less inspected qty.
2. Enter equal qty.
3. Enter more qty.
For me scenario 1 does not give auto valuation. However for 2, it is giving auto valuation.
Is it happening for you too?
Thanks for your help.

Srinirag
Re: Reg:Archieved Purchase Order
Honestly, it is not possible to archive only one PO item, you either archive the whole document or nothing.
Do you see this purchase order in table EKKO and EKPO?
if yes, then it is not archived yet.
if it is there, then tell about the content in fields LOEKZ from EKKO and EKPO.
Reg: Archived Purchase Order
Hi All,
I have one PO which has been archived but for this po was showing in GRN pending list, how can i retrieve this po & how can i mark this po as a delivery completion.
Note: for this we have 3 line items.

Re: Need currency wise posting in Advance GL Determination..SAP B1 9.0..?
Hi Shivananda,
G/L determination is only for account, not for currency. When you add A/R invoice, BP currency will be default to your setting. You may setup BP currency. A/R control account is define on the account tab for BP.
Thanks,
Gordon

Re: Running Crystal Reports - version issues, deployment issues clickonce
For some reason, I needed to install Crystal Reports for Visual Studio (SAP Crystal Reports, developer version for Microsoft Visual Studio | Crystal Solutions | SME | SAP). No idea why I was missing this.
