Hi,

I agree with Samuli. Forget about all craziness related to MYSAPSSO2. Get a cookie from 3rd party system. If you want to set a cookie for client then you can use same trick as service MYSSOCNTL is using. You can write your own HTTP handler which will accept two URL parameters: 3rd party cookie content plus URL for redirection. So you will send a user to URL <SAP_HOSTNAME>/redirector?cookie=<content>&url=<URL>. This service will set a cookie passed via URL parameter and redirect user to 3rd party app. The only complication is that you have to be careful about domains.If you SAP system and 3rd part system have same domain then just a cookie for this domain, not just for a hostname of SAP system. Also do not forget to encode URL parameters with base64 to avoid issues with binary data. As I said above service MYSSOCNTL is doing almost same thing so you can have a look at its HTTP handler CL_HTTP_EXT_MYSSOCNTL. Here you can see how to read URL parameters, how to set cookies and how to redirect client to different URL.

if you've got webelements functions on those sections then there will be errors if they are referenced in the webuilder formula, or by other functions such as cascading sets. in order for those controls and their javascript vars to be written out on the report, the formulae need to be in printed (unsuppressed, visible) sections.

what is the work flow / end user interaction you're trying to accomplish?

Can you please first check if the manual steps of note 1616595 have all been implemented in your system? In particular for another customer which had the same problem as yours, step 3 was not

implemented, even though they were on a higher support pack.

Thanks guys, I did check all the entries again but it looks like it may not be the regular config issue..i debugged to find that code has been updated in the program SAPFF001 between EHP4 and EHP6. I raised an oss to sap. will update you guys if i find any solution. further advice is welcome.

trace =on

in indexserver.ini

the command to do is:

ALTER SYSTEM ALTER CONFIGURATION ('indexserver.ini', 'SYSTEM') SET ('sqltrace', 'trace') = 'on' with reconfigure

Merge on Dimension4 form query 2 and query 3 to make dimension 4 of query 2 to compatible with query 3. then you can pull merged dimension of Dimension4 object into third report block along with measures

Maximum Concurrency can be up to 5. Thread count can be increased to 15 or 20 depending upon your requirment. So if you have 4 java instances and 20 threads, it would be 80 maximum threads.
